Faq's

We offer same day dispatch when ordered before 11am Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are dispatched Monday. Dispatch dates do not include bank holidays.

Evri Standard delivery is 2-5 days from time of dispatch. 

Evri Next Day delivery is 1-2 days from time of dispatch

Evri are used for all UK mainland deliveries. Deliveries outside of the UK mainland including Ireland are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and tracked 24.

Although a lot of businesses offer cheap p&p and use Royal Mail standard deliveries I have found those services to be too unreliable and they provide no tracking for our customers. Our p&p may be slightly higher but it offers you piece of mind that your product is on the way and also insights for us to intervene where possible to ensure your delivery gets to you on time.
